Fyn Alee

            The story begins when my father and mother had began sailing the waters south of Texas and all around Mexico, in a boat named El Zorro. She was a fine Cape Dory with a stiff hull and a narrow beam she soared through many waves in the Gulf of Mexico and Galveston bay for years. I was a toddler then, as was my brother we would be rolling around the front berth as our father was at the Helm. 20 years later, Mizz Tee her main port Kemah, Texas became the McMahon's next Sailboat. She had lines that curved to the waves, sailing in 25 knot winds full sails, plaining the waves, wind thrashing her and her sails strong and tight and flex to the wind giving us a millisecond of  Bliss-fullness. Caught fresh Tuna on her and sailed up many bayou rivers. She will always be missed. Years later it would be in the Destiny of the family to take a skip over the puddle " Atlantic Ocean"  we were intoxicated of this opportunity and rarity of this kind of sailboat to be available in one of the most sailed waters, this is the Destiny of Fyn Alee. We are now in Marina Di Ragusa Sicily. Gorgeous part of the world. The Smells, fresh Bakeries, coffee shops, the salty air mixed with boat yard scent skips above the water to where we sleep on Fyn alee. We will now begin this Adventure, such as Columbus his self sailed around the European countries water ways and enjoy the beauty of their countries and cultures. It has begun already, since the fall season of 2021 we have been back and forth prepping for the departure of Fyn Alee. I Michael McMahon will tell the story that is about to unravel. The destiny of this families adventure of pure health and well being to live on the water and travel as far as we can stopping at various islands, cities, and secret get aways everywhere between Africa and America along the way.
